When we are cruising on autopilot, we feel we know exactly what to expect, so it seems safe to detach from reality and take our hands off the wheel. In doing so, we lose our connection to ourselves / source / creativity / magic / & the infinite resources available to us in the present moment.

When we feel we can do something “with our eyes closed,” we begin to multi-task / feel bored / lack inspiration and as a result we are no longer fully present - we are scattered & our light is dimmed.

When we live our life in our comfort zone, we stop growing, which means we stop expanding into our fullest potential— we are less turned on / awake / excited / ALIVE.

When we engage in things that feel less familiar or more challenging, it requires our FULL attention — our entire being is engaged & we are likely to enter into a flow state that provides access to a feeling of complete connection and transcendence of a reality limited by time + space. We feel high on life and a sense of fulfillment from fully engaging in this wild game.
